I’m Rob, a Personal Trainer with a degree in Strength and Conditioning.

My training philosophy is built on the belief that effective training is never one-size-fits-all. Every session is carefully tailored to the individual, balancing structure, progression, and intuition to create an approach that fits both performance goals and real life.
