What memberships are on offer?

During your 6 Week trial, we’ll establish together which membership best suits you and your goals. If we’re both a good fit, I’d love to invite you as a full member. There are three options to choose from: Move, Train and Train+.

Avg 2x Per week

Ideal for those wanting to improve daily function and build strength that translates into everyday life. Whether you’re just starting, have a busy schedule, or are adding to an existing training routine, MOVE is perfect for you.

With 3 sessions per week, you can expect great results. With regular weekly sessions, TRAIN will keep you consistent and committed to improving your health and fitness.

TRAIN+ drives results and builds discipline. With exposure to a greater variety of strength and fitness, you’ll overcome any physical or mental barriers.

Our small group Strength & Conditioning sessions are our staple training days. I’ll help you move with great technique, build strength that translates into everyday life, and develop muscle and an engine to support your goals.

All movements are specific to you, based on your wants, needs and how you show up on the day. 6 spaces available.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our conditioning sessions are perfect for those looking to develop cardiovascular fitness, with structure and intent. No more random HIIT classes or thrashing yourself for the sake of it. 8 spaces available.
