What services do you offer?

I deliver personal training in a small-group setting. You’ll receive programming tailored to you, your goals, and current ability.

I’m for people looking to develop strength, fitness and confidence, with an approach that is sustainable, consistent and progressive.

We’ll also look at nutrition and other lifestyle factors on a 1:1 basis, so you’re getting the most from your training.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through one of the enquiry forms. I’ll get back to you and we’ll schedule a call.

We’ll get started right away. It’s no longer a case of waiting for the right time, your health, fitness and well-being is no longer an afterthought.

I’m injured or ‘unfit’, can I still start now?

This is absolutely the time to start! Movement, intensity and level of challenge is for where you’re at now. With an adaptable approach, expert coaching and programming, I’ll help you become pain-free and working towards your strength and fitness goals.

Resting or waiting will only further decondition you and set you back.

How do I book on to sessions?

You’ll use my booking system to book onto sessions throughout the week. With 24 time slots available each week, you can move sessions around however you need to, within the current cycle of session credits

This offers much greater flexibility than the rigid schedule of a 1:1 PT, meaning there’s no need to miss a session.

All sessions are no longer than 60 minutes.
